Refund & Returns Policy
If the order is unopened, it can be returned within 14 days of the date you recieved the parcel, but if opened the return can not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
We are not responsible for any damage or theft after your parcel has left the post office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

When you have placed an order, please allow 2-5 working days for it to be prepped & packaged before sending. We do aim to do this the next day after your order has been processed. If an order is placed before 12pm it is likely it may be sent out the same day, but not promised.
Please be aware that, due to Brexit, it is possible that some international orders may include an additional customs charge. For more information, visit the Royal Mail website.
We only have access to your name, e-mail, number & address. GDPR is very important to us and we make sure all computers with access to this information have anti-virus software. We do not have access to your card details.
If your item says it has been delivered, but you claim it hasn’t, you must put a claim in with royal mail or contact us and we can do this on your behalf. If you need further assistance with this, please contact us and we can help.
